The Great Earth Flood

The Great Earth Flood

The flood occurred approximately 11,000 to 12,000 years ago. As mentioned in the last chapter, Seth destroyed Earth's firmament, causing the flood. After the flood, the Nibiruans returned to Earth to help with the rebuilding efforts for the surviving humans. Once it became known that Enki had saved Noah and his family, they decided to assist them in starting anew by reuniting them with other survivors. Enki and Enlil returned to Earth with tools and seeds. Following the flood, Noah began farming on Mount Ararat.

By around 10,500 B.C., human populations had increased, and Mesopotamia was reestablished. A spaceport was constructed at Mount Moriah, later known as Jerusalem. The ancient pre-diluvian cities of Nippur, Eridu, Sippar, Bad Tibira, and Shurupak were rebuilt. The pyramids, buried during the flood, were excavated from multiple feet of sand and mud. New pyramids, like the Great Pyramid of Giza, were constructed.

By 9,000 B.C., life had returned to what it was before the flood. Enki transferred the rulership of Egypt to his descendants, with Osiris and Seth assuming leadership in the region. Seth, who had previously aided his father Marduk in attacks against the earthly empires, appeared rehabilitated. Marduk had been banned from Egypt after the destruction of Atlantis and the firmament. Enki recognized that his son Marduk was regressive and untrustworthy, so he agreed with the decision to ban him. Enlil's son Adad was dispatched to South America to find gold, and he was successful in his mission.

Enlil enlisted the help of Nannar and Ninurta to command the rehabilitation of Earth, which was nearing completion. As new leadership was about to be assigned, Anu considered several possible descendants for this role: Nannar, Utu, Adad, Inanna, Seth, Osiris, and Marduk. Despite causing much grief in the past, Marduk remained a potential candidate due to his lineage.
