What Is Your Soul

What Is Your Soul

In the previous chapter, we discussed the beginning of our universe. We know that sparks of energy split from Source. Your consciousness is exactly that: smaller portions of energy that think independently from Source and possess free will. Your spark of energy, which is conscious, originated from Source, and that is your true identity.

In this moment, your physical self is experiencing separation from your higher self, which is your consciousness (or Soul). When we die, we become aware of our true selves. Our consciousness is the energy from Source, and once we become aware of it and connect to it, we can understand who we indeed are. The energy that leaves your body after death travels to a higher plane of existence. These planes of existence are often referred to as densities. The human vessel on Earth is said to be in the third density. Crystals and other physical components of a planet are considered to be in the first density, as they hold a small portion of consciousness but are not self-aware.

Animals reside in the second density. Astral types of animals exist in higher densities, but they are not physical. The animals we see on Earth that are not self-aware are considered to reside in the second density. Many people debate whether specific types of animals should be classified as self-aware and, therefore, within the third density. It’s important to remember that a frequency range defines density. An animal's state of thought or knowledge can raise its frequency, bringing it closer to the next density. If an animal has a soul, its experiences will affect its Soul. If an animal spends significant time with humans and raises its frequency (state of mind), it may become a more evolved species in future lifetimes, thus leaving the old physical type. The higher state of mind will result in changing into a compatible physical form. As mentioned earlier, the physical form is a manifestation of consciousness. In other words, the physical form is a projection from a higher plane.   All souls share the same purpose: to evolve and ascend toward Source. Thus, as a Soul grows, it will have different types of physical experiences along the way.
