Who Exactly are the Cabal

Cabal refers to a secret group of individuals who conspire to achieve a shared objective. This term is particularly fitting when describing the Earth's controllers, who operate behind multiple layers of secrecy. Even when you reach the leadership of the Cabal, you discover that the controlling entity goes even more profound, revealing a vast, well-structured organization whose primary aim is to keep humanity enslaved to fulfill its agenda. 

The Cabal on Earth consists of 13 Draconian royal families, known as bloodlines. Each bloodline has its council that manages its affairs. While additional bloodlines are off-planet that hold greater authority among the Draconians, this discussion focuses solely on the Earth-based Cabal and its 13 royal families. 

The leader of these 13 Draconian Bloodlines is Pindar, whose name translates to "reproductive organ of the dragon." His human vessel is Hank Meijer. It is essential to consider this individual as one of many masks that Pindar can wear rather than his true identity. Pindar’s true self is the consciousness that controls Hank Meijer, similar to how consciousness operates in all individuals.
